CelcomDigi, Maxis receive MoF Inc’s put option notice on DNB stake

KUALA LUMPUR: CelcomDigi Bhd said it has received a put option notice from the Minister of Finance Inc (MoF Inc), requiring the company, along with Maxis Bhd and YTL Power International Bhd, to purchase MoF Inc’s ordinary shares in Digital Nasional Bhd (DNB) in line with the terms of the shareholders agreement (SHA).
