KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 7 — The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) is seeking a local man to assist in a money laundering investigation.
The MACC said the individual, identified as Toh Lean Seng, is 53 years old, adding that efforts to locate the man at his last known address at 15-1 231, TR Service Apartment, 231 Jalan Tun Razak, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, were unsuccessful.
“The investigation is being conducted under Section 4(1)(b) of the Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001.
“Anyone who knows or has information about this individual is urged to contact the investigating officer, PsK Mohd Shokray Yahaya, at 019-6236680 or via email at mohdshokray@sprm.gov.my,” the commission said in a statement last night. — Bernama
