KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 4 — Malaysia Airlines will resume flights to Busan, South Korea’s second-largest city, starting December this year as the national carrier expands its network and pushes to return to profitability.
Malaysian Aviation Group chief executive officer Capt Nasaruddin A. Bakar said the Busan service is one of several new routes the airline group expects to launch, including expansion by its budget unit Firefly, which recently added China’s Kunming to its destination network.
