KUALA LUMPUR, June 10 — Terengganu Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Ahmad Samsuri Mokhtar has reportedly said there will be no reshuffle of the state executive council despite PAS ending its political cooperation with Parti Pribumi Bersatu Malaysia.
According to Utusan Malaysia, Ahmad Samsuri declined to comment further on the matter.
“Still the same. That is all,” he was quoted as telling reporters after attending a Terengganu exco meeting at a hotel in the capital today.
His was reportedly responding to questions over the position of Terengganu Bersatu chief Datuk Razali Idris, who is currently a state executive councillor, after PAS decided to sever political ties with Bersatu.
In the Terengganu state election in August 2023, Bersatu won five state seats: Hulu Besut, Permaisuri, Seberang Takir, Telemong and Kijal.
