KUALA LUMPUR, Aug 14 — The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning for thunderstorms, heavy rain, and strong winds expected to affect seven states until 9pm today.
In a statement, MetMalaysia said the affected states are Perak (Bagan Datuk, Muallim, Hilir Perak, and Batang Padang), Terengganu, Pahang, and Johor (Mersing).
A similar warning was also issued for Selangor (Sepang, Klang, Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor, and Kuala Langat), Negeri Sembilan (Rembau and Port Dickson), and Melaka (Alor Gajah and Melaka Tengah). — Bernama
