KUALA LUMPUR, April 17 — The Malaysian Meteorological Department (MetMalaysia) has issued a warning of thunderstorms, heavy rain and strong winds in seven states until 1pm today.
MetMalaysia, in a statement, said the states expected to be affected include Perak (Bagan Datuk and Hilir Perak), Pahang (Maran, Kuantan, Bera, Pekan and Rompin), Selangor (Sabak Bernam, Kuala Selangor, Klang, Kuala Langat and Sepang), and Negeri Sembilan (Port Dickson).
Also affected are Melaka, Johor (Tangkak, Muar, Batu Pahat and Pontian) and Sarawak, involving Kuching, Samarahan and Sri Aman. — Bernama
